Benihana Express is the fast-casual offshoot of Benihana, built for guests who want hibachi without the show.

Working with the brand team, I take the agency-developed brand guide and bring it to life everywhere a guest meets it: digital menu boards in all three new locations, digital ads, paid media, social, and loyalty app promo slides, plus menus, print collateral, signage, and off-site displays.
